v0.322 - Tower hit sounds and better tutorial graphics

I hope you like the new update. Feel free to leave me some feedback.
I have tried to make it even easier to get into the game. It is not so easy to make a good tutorial.
The Game Maker 8 internal sound functions are poor. The Audiere DLL helps me out at this point. I am trying to move all the sound files out of the .exe. However, that will take some time.
Intro and Tutorial
- "ESC to Skip" - text added over all intro screens
- Dialogues merged up to the first level to save unnecessary clicks
- Tutorial explanation pictures up to level 3 have all been reworked and should now be more explicit;
I hope this will make it easier to get into the game - Initial life increased to 9 in the first 3 levels.
- Level 2 is a bit bigger than before
- Level 3 is a bit smaller than before
- new loading screen tips in the first 3 levels
Tower Sounds
- First attempts to bring tower hit sounds into the game
- Slider for adjusting the volume of the tower hit sounds in the Settings menu
- Hit sounds are linked to the normal sound volume.
- Hits and death sounds are only to be heard when the triggering object is in the view.
Improvements
- new rendering for the Morbid-Infantry in the opening scene before the main menu
- graphics and sound were separated from the executable
- Credits page was reworked
- The tower ring menu no longer loads all text strings every time the menu is opened
- Added a new sound when a Twiggel starts work in a mine
- The sound is now different for researching a technology
- Victory sound added when a level is completed
Fixes
- Dialogues were skipped on mouseover over the "Enter" button
- In the town, buildings can no longer be clicked on when a dialogue is active.
- Button text -> "back" in "Back" and "zurück" in "Zurück"
- Twiggel Barricades could be clicked in loaded maps through the loading screen and triggered an error. This should no longer happen
- Viewer for the "Guardian" as a new tower in level 15 now works
- Heading "Zufallskarte" in the Custom Map Menu is now translated
- Incorrect description fixed. Map Task - Villagers - in the Victory Screen
- Incorrect description fixed. Artifacts at the Weapon smith
